Thomas Woodley co-founded Canadians for Justice and Peace in the Middle East (CJPME) in 2004, and has served as its President since 2008. He has a BS-EE (Carnegie-Mellon), MS-EE (Stevens Institute of Technology) and MPA (Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs), with a focus on Public Policy and Public Finance. Michael Bueckert is Vice President at Canadians for Justice and Peace in the Middle East (CJPME), in Montreal. He has a PhD in Sociology with a specialization in Political Economy from Carleton University in Ottawa. He is the co-editor of Advocating for Palestine in Canada (Fernwood, 2022), and has published in Studies in Political Economy, Radical History Review, Jacobin, Africa is a Country, and Briarpatch.
